The pole position of the November Top Ten Armies is usurped by the consistently strong Rebel Penguin Federation, with the Ice Warriors dropping to second while matching the recently warring Templars. The Help Force also witnesses a drop to fourth amidst smaller sizes, while the Water Vikings progress one spot to fifth. The Army of Club Penguin falls to sixth in a continuing trend of decline. The People’s Imperial Confederation and Silver Empire trade places this month, swapping to seventh and eighth respectively. The ninth position is occupied by the Trojans, with the Dark Vikings rising into the Top Ten to secure the final spot.
