KLONDIKE, CP Army Headquarters – The Crimson Guardians are returning to the community for a second generation. What led to this revival, and what do they plan to accomplish?
Tsanami founded The Crimson Guardians on August 12th, 2019. The army fared well, reaching maxes of 13+ on a regular basis. As time went on, they achieved maxes of 20+ which earned them 3rd place on CPOnline Army League’s Top 10. In April of 2020, the army left Club Penguin Online and migrated to Club Penguin Rewritten. Although this changed the army back, the staff kept working hard to ensure its success.
In July, Bean Pea became leader alongside Tsanami. Bean Pea worked hard to help keep the army active until her retirement in October. Soon after Bean Pea’s retirement, Landless was promoted to leadership to assist Tsamani for the next few months until Tsanami stepped down in December. After months of hard work and perseverance, Tsanami announced Crimsons Guardians’ closure on April 25th, 2021 due to fatigue.
Crimson Guardians functioned as a hangout server until Action Spark announced their reopening on June 15th. Their revival event will take place this Sunday, June 20th. Fortunately, we were able to reach out to Action for an interview about his plans for this new generation.
What made you decide to revive Crimson Guardians?
Well there’s multiple reasons for reviving the army really. For one I joined CG a few days before shut down hoping to help its sizes, however I had exams and I was very tight on time and so I couldnt give enough time to the army and it eventually shut down. I did DM Tsanami then and asked about a possible second generation and she said to bring it up to her once im done with exams. Secondly, I’ve been wanting to try a stint in leadership for some time, got so close as to making an army but due to reasons I cannot say that did not work out and so I dm’d sanam asking for the revival and well here we are 😀
What are some short-term plans that you have for the army?
Some short term goals I have hmmm. Idrk if it counts as short term but I do have goals I would like to accomplish within a month of opening. Firstly, its very ambitious of me but I would like to max 20+ consistently without allies, only enlisted troops. Another plan is to hopefully have a full fledged team within the army. After that, well we’ll cross that bridge when we come to it I suppose
What do you look forward to most about this new generation?
Theres a lot to look forward to but the biggest thing for me is seeing if im able to pull it off. I have big shoes to fill and its nerve wrecking in all honesty and I am a little scared, but I have confidence in myself and hopefully I can pull CG back to the sizes it saw on CPO, and hopefully take it a step further to :D. Im also looking forward to leadership, ive never really been HCOM in an army unless you count being Leader in Training for a few days before the army shuts down xD
Is there anything else you would like to add?
Yes I do in fact! Sanam stinks e6e6e6e6. Look forward to seeing us do amazing shit and, fear the flame <3
It seems like Action is ready to carry on the legacy that Tsanami created. It will be interesting to see how the Crimson Guardians do under Action’s leadership.
