KLONDIKE, CP Army Headquarters – Hello CPAHQ, welcome back to yet another edition of getting to know your staff. This week I have chosen our newest column manager Disha. Let’s see how she started her army career.
Disha joined the army community in May of 2020 after being recruited by Elp and Rooboo into the Help Force. Soon after she found the Silver Empire and was with the Elite Forces briefly before she left the community between June-July of 2020. On June 13th, 2021 she joined back into the army community by re-enlisting into the Silver Empire.
During that period of time, she worked hard by climbing up the ranks. She joined the staff team on August 2nd, 2021 as a Silver Colonel. Before she was promoted to Sixth-in-Command, she was a part of the staff in training for a brief period. Following her training, she was promoted to Fifth-in-Command in early September. On October 15th, she was able to rank up to Fourth-in-Command. Last but not least, Disha was promoted to Third-in-Command, most recently, on December 10th.
How did you become a Column Manager for CPAHQ?
I found out just a while back when I received numerous dms, that I was promoted. Then I saw Spotty’s announcement on the staff announcement channel. I feel so elated and I hope to learn and do better every day. I joined the staff team at CPAHQ initially as a Reporter. Getting promoted to the position of Editor and now Column Manager is a huge thing for me, and I am really grateful to CPAHQ, and everyone who has helped me in this process.
Since your recent promotion to the column manager, do you have any plans to achieve your goals?
Honestly speaking, I did not see this promotion coming. But I do have a few plans in mind. One of my main objectives is to encourage people to write and not be afraid to express their opinions and views. I want to engage more people to write posts for us, be it columns or even otherwise, and in my time, I want to make sure that more columns are introduced and more people step up. My personal goal is to see the community as inclusive, and open-minded, and I hope to achieve that through my writing, and columns.
