SNOW STORM, CP Army Network Headquarters – Just yesterday, we saw the Templars leadership welcome Nick2015RB to the team. How will this addition affect the army?
Created in 2018 by Xing, the Templars of Club Penguin are notorious for engaging in war with a number of armies. Most recently, they initiated a war against the Army of Club Penguin. The major army consistently finds itself within the top five ranks of the weekly Top Ten. Additionally, the Templars have participated in many tournaments, mainly Legends Cup XI, and even won the Biggest Rise award in September’s Night of Debauchery.

Nick2015RB was recruited into the Templars back in April 2021. In those six months since enlisting, he flew past the ranks of staff and HCOM. Eventually, he was inducted as leader on October 21st, 2021. This latest change in leadership expanded the Grand Prior team to a total of six commanders. An official statement by Xing commended Nick on his recruiting and leading skills. According to the announcement, these traits allowed him to secure the position.

Club Penguin Army Network sat down with Nick to gather his view on this new position.
First of all, congratulations on your promotion! How did you feel when you found out?
I found out a couple days before I got it, I think Monday. When I first found out about it I felt a mix of emotions. I was happy I had gotten it and happy I could start leading, but at the same time I felt bad because I felt like I wasn’t doing enough at the time since I was busy with school and other stuff I’m in.
Sounds like you got your work cut out for you then! Is there anything that you would like to bring to the army now that you’re leader?
My enthusiasm about things and a role model to look up to. I know Templars already has a lot going for it, including enthusiasm. But I hope I can up that enthusiasm. Along with that I want to give another role model to look up to, similar to the rest of the leaders.
Looks like you couldn’t have been promoted at a better time with the Champion’s Cup Final taking place soon! Are you prepared for that?
100%, I intend to help out in any way I can.

It seems that leading Templars while balancing other responsibilities will prove to be a challenge for Nick, however he is eager to work hard and be a role model. Club Penguin Army Network wishes him the best of luck in leading Templars to newer heights.
