The top placings this week remain stagnant once again as expected by most, though we see some changes to the lower rankings.  The Rebel Penguin Federation continue to trump the community by claiming first place once more, while the Ice Warriors trail behind them narrowly.  The Templars once again clutch to 3rd with consistent strong showings in the past week.  Though the Help Force remains in 4th, they are followed by the Army of Club Penguin, who have seen larger sizes this week during their war with the Templars and 15th anniversary. The bottom of the top ten is where we see the real changes of the week, with Dua Inn Lipa Fighters skyrocketing to 7th having had only one event, knocking the Silver Empire down to 8th. While Special Weapons and Tactics exit the top ten we see the return of the Golden Troops, who had held their final closing event.
