The month of September has been a rollercoaster for many armies. We see the infamous September drop has kicked in, resulting in some armies closing their doors due to a decline in sizes and retirements of crucial HCOM and leaders. COVID-19 regulations are uplifted across schools and universities, causing many troops and staff members to become inactive and return to life before COVID-19. Despite all these hardships, armies are doing whatever it takes to keep them alive and healthy. Without further ado, I present you CPANs first Top 10 armies of the month, September edition.

A small, inevitable increase in sizes is seen as the infamous September drop comes to an end, but with that, real-life school and responsibilities also lurk. With Club Penguin Rewritten releasing new content and the new CPPS, CPA Battleground continuing its development, could there be hope for some of the armies? Can they manage to rise again?
