KLONDIKE, CP Army Headquarters – The Wet Army Penguins have recently introduced their newest leader to the scene, Smithy, as well as a couple of Leader Trainees. What led to these promotions? What can be expected from all of them?

The Wet Army Penguins were created on August 7th, by Pandor and TS/Sauron. WAP was originally designed to be a troll army, but would still partake in army-related activities such as wars and tournaments. This army noticed multiple leadership changes, and one of their latest leaders is Smithy.

Smithy first joined armies in January of 2020, being recruited into the Doritos of Club Penguin, where he’d later obtain staff around April. However, he ended up leaving the Doritos to join the Templars, ranking up to High Command. Smithy would meanwhile go on to revive the Brits of Club Penguin, merging them with the Wet Army Penguins to improve their sizes, earning himself leader, but would go on break for a couple of weeks.

On 19th September 2021, Pandor announced Smithy once again as Leader, as well as promotions to Leader in Training for Krosive and Da best.

CPAHQ reached out to Smithy for an interview to learn more about his promotion, and what is his future plans for the army.

What caused you to rejoin the Wet Army Penguins?

Smithy: The army had just improved and kinda fixed itself and I knew I could rejoin and improve it even more.

What are your future plans and what do you hope to achieve in this army?

Smithy: Top Ten Appearances, Map Appearances, Tournament Appearances and Plenty of events.

How well do you think the Wet Army Penguins will run under your leadership?

Smithy: I think we will only grow greater but time will tell.

What has been your favorite memory within the Wet Army Penguins?

Smithy: Was probably when trojans decided to raid our events over a joke.

Is there anything else you wanna add?

Smithy: Susseh balls.
