Hot Chocolate, Fire Warriors Capital – Following their recent leadership changes, the Fire Warriors have announced their departure from the army community. What led to this surprising shutdown and what do the warriors have in store for the future?
Created by Wwe09 in 2007, the Fire Warriors have had many notable generations. The first generation wasn’t very large, but throughout the years, they grew and grew, obtaining different names, as well as different leaders. In 2011, the Warriors (known as the Ninjas), shutdown, and remained dormant, until they were revived in 2020, by Fire Warriors leader and legend, Sweater, alongside Sammi, Xfastx, and Sophy Bee. The army was only able to last through the summer and shut down months later. After three months, the Skateboarders rebranded to the Fire Warriors, yet shut down in mid-January. Weeks later, the army was revived once more.
Since their most recent revival, the Fire Warriors have had their most dominant generation. With large sizes on average, along with their recent Challengers Cup II victory over the People’s Imperial Confederation, this Fire Warriors generation has surely been one of the most productive. However, on August 28th, Sweater announced the 14th birthday celebration and formal closure of the Warriors. Two days later, the Fire Warriors logged onto Ascent to host their final event, where they maxed 13 penguins.
The CP Army Network reached out to Rachy, the last inducted leader of the army to find out more regarding the closure and future plans.
What caused the decision to shut down the Fire Warriors?
We’re all going to be busy come September with school so we felt like we weren’t going to have the time for FW anymore like we used to.
Do you think the Fire Warriors will ever make a comeback anytime soon in the future?
That my friend is classified 😉 just kidding lol. We do have plans to come back for another generation which will hopefully be in the new year!
What’s next for the army?
[We] are going to be more of a hangout type server for all of our troops. As for the future of the army, another generation coming is classified for the time being.
Do you have any final thoughts you’d like to share?
Fire Warriors had an amazing generation and I’m proud of how it went and that I was able to be a part of it. And as always fear the flames!
Regarding the information from the leaders, hopefully, we will see another generation from the warriors in the future. How will the army’s troops fair? Will they find somewhere else to call home?
What do YOU think? Will the Fire Warriors re-open their doors soon? Let us know YOUR thoughts in the CPAN Discord!
