The Rebel Penguin Federation complete their victory tour, swapping places with the Help Force after beating them in the finals to win Legends Cup XI last week.  Although the usual top six was mostly stagnate, the People’s Imperial Confederation continue to climb, reaching 7th this week.  With their activity, they placed over SWAT by a hair.  They also placed over the Fire Warriors, who they lost to in the Challengers Cup 2 Championship Round.  FW only hosted 3 events this week, focusing fully on CC2.  Outside of the Top Ten is where the Smart Penguins can be found.  SP entered lockdown this week, and their placement at 12 gives one an inkling as to why.  CPAHQ welcomes three new armies as well.

What do you think?  Will the People’s Imperial Confederation continue to rise?  Which S/M army will step up in place of the Smart Penguins?  Let us know in the comments below!
