Shallissa and SupremePower Step Down from PIC Leadership

KLONDIKE, CP Army Headquarters- The People’s Imperial Confederation have officially ushered in a new generation of leadership with the retirement of Shallissa and SupremePower.

On June 2nd, Shalissa and SupremePower, two of People’s Imperial Confederation’s leaders announced they would be stepping down from their positions, shown in this website post. The pair states that it was time to move on from leadership. They believe to have accomplished everything they needed to in this community and are happy with the positive impact they have had on my army. Despite retiring as leaders, both Sha and Supreme intend to remain active figures in both PIC and the army community as a whole.

The final event of Shalissa and Supreme as leaders.

The pair held their retirement event on the 5th of June, which was immediately followed with their appointments as legend. With their retirement came the promotion of two Leaders in Training: Pie and Aydoon. Sha and Supreme stated that they are confident that the army will run smoothly with the new leaders taking their spots to lead alongside Phoebe.  This change in leadership comes not too long after the departure of Sidie9 and Emma on April 18th, 2021.  Despite these changes, PIC has maintained it’s usual performances in the Top Ten.

CPAHQ reached out to Shallissa and SupremePower to find out more about their retirement and what’s in store for the People’s Imperial Confederation.

What was your main reason to retire from the army?

Shallissa:
I retired from PIC because I’ve been in armies for two years now and it is time for me to take a step back to relax and focus on bettering my real life. I start school in the fall and Supreme will be moving here with me in a few weeks and I wanted more time to be excited about both of those things. It was important to me to end my army career on a good note and I ended it in the best way possible. I am super happy and hopeful for my future and the future of PIC.

I’m getting old and it’s time for me to move past Club Penguin armies. That’s the primary reason, along with I’m planning a move so that will definitely take up a lot of my time.

What can we expect to see from the army with the new leaders?

Shallissa: We can definitely expect to see a lot more “ur mom” jokes from Pie who now has full access to the PIC server and stole all of my jokes. On a serious note: Aydoon, Pie, and Phoebe are an amazing trio with the potential to succeed in all areas of leadership. I expect to see a lot more battles and a size jump due to Project: Conquest and the leadership’s excitement about it. I am hoping to see PIC reach major army status under their leadership along with a lot more fun summer themed events. The three leaders have always worked well together so I am super excited to see what they accomplish.

Supreme: Pie and Aydoon, along with Phoebe, will take PIC to new heights. They have a great staff team to back them up with the motivation and potential to bring PIC to the top. I foresee them bringing PIC into a golden age.

What do you feel were your biggest accomplishments with the army?

Shallissa:
Definitely my recruiting. When PIC reopened in early January for its third generation I started as a HICOM member and began mass recruiting to rebuild our army. We started with a little over a hundred members in our server and by the end of the month I had our server count up to 700 members. I hand recruited all of my recruits and I currently have over 1400 invites. Due to my recruiting in PIC’s early months we were able to quickly establish maxes of 12-15 and the numbers have grown since then to 15-20. Along with that, I built super strong friendships with my co-leaders, members, staff, and high command and all of us are inseparable. I know that if armies disappeared tomorrow our friendships would still be the same. I love them so incredibly much and I am super proud of each of them and what we all accomplished during this generation (so far) together as a family.

Supreme: In all honesty, I haven’t done a lot of the work that goes on behind the scenes because I work a full time job. Sha is definitely the reason PIC has accomplished so much and is revered as one of if not the top of the s/m armies. I’ve always been worried and aware of the safety of our members, so I’d say it’d have to be keeping PIC safe and creating a healthy environment for our members to coexist in.

Anything else that you want to add?

Shallissa:
I didn’t have the greatest start to my army career but I definitely had the best ending. I want to thank everyone for sticking with me and never completely giving up on me, even in moments where I’m sure it would have been really easy to. I learned a lot from this community and have gained so many life lessons that will stick with me forever. When I joined this community I never expected to get this much good out of it: but I am so thankful for all of the blessings I have found here. Thank you all for being amazing and thank you to all of my best friends who gave me a life changing second chance. I am so lucky.  Also, #CoupPie

Supreme: Enjoy the ride (:

Both Shallissa and Supremepower have great confidence in the next generation of leaders for the People’s Imperial Confederation.  The army has been very consistent throughout 2021, so it’s reasonable to expect no slowing down to come from the Comrades.  In any event, the community says goodbye to two members who have made a name for themselves in the S/M army community.  Though not a full goodbye, it is undeniable that their presence within PIC was a driving force behind their consistency.

What do YOU think? How will PIC fair with the newest additions to it’s leadership team? Will they make any more changes? Let us know your thoughts down below!
